I cannot begin to describe how unpleasant it has been to communicate with Nutritots. My results were delayed. I never received my telephone consultation after asking about 4 times. Correspondence over email has been patronising and rude, they made unprofessional accusations about why I might be unhappy which seemed to be based on a previous staff member I know nothing about. Downright rude considering I paid good money for their services. The advice given was from a so-called 'Nutritionist' but on research it turned out she was not qualified or registered. I had many questions regarding my results and how I could go forward with treatments but I was called 'stubborn' whereas all I wanted to know was as much information about how to improve my health. Not once did they own up to any faults or apologise for their behaviour or actions towards me. They kept making excuses and have not even offered me any compensation for their appalling customer service and care. It seems they were unhappy with the rep that I originally signed up with and decided to take it out on me for some strange reason. Extremely unprofessional. Think twice before you choose this company. I would recommend spending your money on seeing a qualified nutritionist if you are experiencing any symptoms. You can also contact labs directly and acquire these results at a fraction of the price. STAY AWAY.
