My car dramatically broke down before Christmas and Darren and his team were amazing. They gave me a courtesy car big enough for a baby seat, they gave me regular updates on my car and even rang the dealership to see what he could do about getting them to admit fault. My car is better than ever. Excellent service.
The guys at Tlc were very quick to help me out with my vehicles and were very polite, kind and knowledgeable about motors. Fantastic service as usual from the best guys in the business and they evan gave my cars a valet too. Highly recommend using these guys.
Been using them for years out of convenience more than anything because I work locally. Friendly and helpful until the work is done and they've got your money, then they can't wait to get you out the door. Fair enough these places are often busy but a little more customer service and interaction is expected especially with loyal customers that have been using them for years (me). Questions about concerns with your car are often treated with condescension as if you should know as much about cars as they do - if that were the case you wouldn't be taking your car to them for repair in the first place... I was planning to book with them for my upcoming service but after an attempt at overcharging me for a part they had already told me the price for while on the phone beside me prior to the repair, I have decided against it. I've since lost trust in them and took my business elsewhere to another local garage where the service is even better and they don't overcharge with hourly labour rates when the work didn't take an hour, or make you feel like a pest because you quiz them to get a handle on things. Can't fault the worksmanship, but there's much more to good service than just that. Disappointing and untrustworthy.
Just had my Renault Scenic crankshaft seal and alternator belt replaced by The Little Car Clinic. Very professional service from Darren and his team.
