Great place - good old fashioned pub grub and staff very welcoming. Lovely beer garden. We shall return!
A very clean, friendly and welcoming pub/restaurant. The food was excellent quality and more than sufficient. Well presented and delivered. Very attentive staff but not intrusive. The surroundings were very relaxed with spaces to sit after the meal; in a smaller room or around the lovely welcoming fire. Excellent
Absolutely fabulous. Went here for a meal with family and friends. The food was delicious with generous portions. It was child friendly and just generally a lovely place to visit.

Beautifully done inside, wooden tables, chairs, church pew type seats and leather sofas by wood burning stove/open fire (can't remember which, but it was 35 degrees so keeping warm was not at forefront of my mind!). Very nice beer garden at the rear. The owners/managers were very friendly and chatty. Only dropped in for a quick drink when driving past, but the menu looks good and definitely plan to have a meal at The Gamekeeper soon.
