Seriously well back from the road this unpretentious pub, ticks a lot of boxes.Simple layout, friendly and beer kept to perfection. Usually a selection of 3 or 4 available.Outside you can sit out 9verlioking the large quiet village green. Untroubled by passing traffic.Yet to try the food but it's somewhere that feels welcoming and I drop in as often as I can
I visited this pub on two wheels Tuesday so it was understandably busy. There was a great selection of beers and the pub was very welcoming with very friendly staff. There were quite a few different food stalls on the green outside the pub and I really enjoyed my visit. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
