A great work horse gym. Perfect for everyone. Has such helpful staff, who are willing to go that little bit extra to help you. Lacks a few luxuries like lockers etc... but too place for any gym goer
I was initially unsure about re joining a gym after 5 years of not going but these guys made me glad to get back on it.The staff are great, the people who go there are friendly, pleasant, and easy to get on with. Of course if you want to strap in your headphones and just get on with it you can.Personal training is available, loads of classes ans sessikns and membership is totally worth it if you intended to go more thab once a week.Would totally recommend great facilities great people.
Decently sized enough to fit plenty of equipment and still has free space to move around. The staff are very friendly and helpful giving Vinnies a comfortable atmosphere to work out.
