I had 3 fillings done last week the receptionist is very friendly and helpful just what you need when you are going to the dentist. The dentist and her assistant was very friendly too. And did a very good job I'm very pleased and will definitely will be returning. I would recommend this dentist to anyone also I am a nhs patient.
I made a complaint about this person not carrying out NHS work . From the start Mrs butler was condescending and rough and clearly not doing the work she should . I made a complaint , when I returned for my follow up appointment she had cancelled it and refused to continue , with a partial root canal ! I believe she drilled far to much of my tooth ! I nearly took legal action but referred my complaint to the General dental council ! I would not go near this unpleasant wicked person !
