Placed an order online in October. Phoned the following morning to check the order was ok, as website was playing up during order. I was assured it was all fine. Phoned again mid November to check dispatch. Again assured everything ok and dispatch early December. I phoned on 10th of December to be told order had been cancelled. No attempt to contact me to tell me this. Aweful customer service. Unreliable.Not even a realistic apology.Will not recommend them and will never use them again

An amazing range of roses, of course, set out in a beautiful set of gardens. Some stands so you can admire from above. Excellent help and advice from knowledgable staff. There are often coach tours with excellent guides ... worthwhile tagging along...! A nice place to spend a pleasant hour or so whether buying Rose's or not.

I bought my sister a climbing rose for her back garden as a birthday present, the staff were very helpful in helping me (who knows next to nothing about roses) make the right choice.By chance there was an event on the same day, so we stayed, watching some of the fun & interesting presentations going on and strolled around the immaculate garden area.Well worth the visit!
